UStiA Regulatory Update (Open to UStiA Members Only)
Jack Zemp, CPCU, Allianz Global Assistance USA and General Counsel of Jefferson Insurance Company UStiA’s Travel Insurance Model Law efforts have seen exciting movement. Following NCOIL’s adoption in 2017 and the NAIC’s adoption of a Travel Insurance Model Law in 2018, eight states adopted the model law in 2019. And the work continues! UStiA members will gain a better understanding of the impact of these recent successes and of the challenges to come. |
