UStiA Announces 2019 Executive Committee and Board of Directors
Rockville, MD (April 22, 2019) – The US Travel Insurance Association (UStiA) appointed its new president and president-elect at the UStiA Annual Conference, held in Orlando, Florida, March 31–April 3, 2019.
UStiA's 2019 president is Chris Carnicelli, CEO, North America at Generali Global Assistance. “I am unbelievably proud to work in an industry of people helping people. I have personally never seen so many positive examples of helping travelers in times of true need. As an industry, our goal is to be focused on customer needs, and for our customers to fully understand the value of our products and services. I am proud to work with a group of industry leaders at UStiA committed to advancing these goals,” says Carnicelli.
