After much discussion, UStiA's board of directors has made the difficult but necessary decision to postpone UStiA's upcoming Annual Conference, originally scheduled to be held March 29–April 1 in Austin, Texas, due to the growing concerns surrounding COVID-19.
Postponement - We’re working on arrangements to postpone the 2020 Annual Conference to a future 2020 date. These dates will be announced very shortly, so stay tuned!
Refunds - Once arrangements for new dates are made and announced, we will provide information on refunds or the opportunity to apply your registration to the rescheduled meeting.
Reservations at the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa – If you booked a hotel room within UStiA’s room block at the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa, your reservation will be cancelled. To confirm your reservation has been cancelled, you can call the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa at (512) 329-4000.
Airline Reservations – You should contact the airline on which you were going to fly to cancel your reservation. Most, if not all, of the major domestic airlines are waiving cancellation fees or issuing credit vouchers for future travel. For your convenience, please see the major airlines’ current cancellation policies below.
